The Origin Story

The Flavor Gang started with a couple of baked goods and a big leap of faith. In 2015, Ross Flanigan was working as an in-home personal trainer when his wife began baking healthy treats to meet his dietary needs. Their young clients loved the desserts, and they saw an opportunity.

Driven by a gut feeling, they packed their car and moved from Maryland to Texas. After opening their first bakery and hitting seven-figure revenues they decided to chase a bigger dream: handcrafted, diet-friendly sauces and hot cereals. In 2020, The Flavor Gang was born.

Mission

Our mission is simple yet massive: change the way people view and consume food and help them take back their lives. In a country where many are overweight and undernourished, we aim to make healthy eating accessible, affordable and exciting.

Vision

Our vision is a world where healthy eating is joyful. We want to enlighten, educate and empower people to be healthy and happy. We believe food should fuel you and make you smile at the same time.

Small Batch, Big Flavor

From day one we’ve insisted on doing everything ourselves. Every recipe, bottle and design comes from our kitchen and crew. We’re control freaks about quality because that’s what you deserve. Today we operate our own production center in Texas and have partners across the U.S., Canada, Kuwait and Dubai. Despite the growth, nothing leaves our facility without passing our taste test.

The Flavor Gang Culture

We’re a culinary experience, not just a food company. Our sauces are extremely flavorful and potent, perfect for stir‑fry, eggs, steak, chicken, rice or seafood. Our Bowl O’ Gainz is a cream‑of‑rice hot cereal that you can enjoy like oatmeal, whip into protein pancakes or use as gluten‑free breading.

We keep marketing edgy, honest and humorous because laughter and good food are some of life’s simplest pleasures. We believe in true dietary freedom where we don’t major in the minors: eat well, move your body and enjoy the ride.
