The Flavor Gang is a Texas‑based food brand making small‑batch, chef‑crafted products in‑house. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” that’s The Flavor Gang. When we say “you,” that’s you, the real one shopping, cooking, and eating.

 

2. Using Our Site

You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only. No funny business. Don’t mess with the site, try to break it, scrape it, or use it in ways that hurt us or our community.

 

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless noted otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices, products, or availability at any time.

Orders are not final until payment clears. If something goes sideways, inventory issues, payment problems, or straight‑up weirdness, we’ll reach out and make it right.

 

4. Shipping

We ship as fast as humanly possible while keeping quality tight. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands, delays caused by carriers are out of our control, but we’ll always help where we can.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Food is personal. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, hit us up at hi@theflavorgang.com. We’ll review case by case and take care of our people.

We don’t accept returns on opened food products unless there’s a quality issue.

 

6. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you join a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel anytime before the next billing cycle through your account.

 

7. Intellectual Property

Everything you see here, logos, photos, recipes, copy, designs, is owned by The Flavor Gang. Don’t steal it. Don’t remix it without permission. If you want to collaborate, we’re all ears.

 

8. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

Our products are food, not medicine. Nutrition info is provided for convenience but may vary slightly by batch. Always check ingredient lists for allergens and consult a professional if you have specific dietary needs.

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our site or products, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
