Ingredients
4-8oz of diced steak (recommended flank or filet)
2 tbl fresh chopped garlic
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
Non-stick spray or 1tbl coconut oil
1 cup of blanched broccoli crowns
1 tsp toasted sesame
1 tbl green onions
Steamed white rice or cauliflower rice
Sauces needed- Take out sauce
Preparation
- 1. In a non stick pan, bring pan to high heat and add non stick spray or oil of your choice. Add ginger, garlic and cook down until slightly browned.
- 2. Once browned, add steak portion and sesame oil and soy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping the steak. Once flipped add the blanched broccoli and add 2-4 tbl of take-out sauce depending on portion size of steak.
- 3. Mix and saute until sauce is fully incorporated. Cover with a lid and let steam with the heat turned off for 2-5 minutes. Simply plate beef and broccoli over optional rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- 4. Nothing says classic chinese take-out than the dish beef and broccoli.
